Busy little bee....bzzzzzzz!

Ok, so like I often do, I am WAY behind on this blog! I could say it was the job, but I gave that up. For reasons I cannot disclose. Quite simply, it wasn't what they said it was...it was quite horrible. Lots of you probably think I am still working and just too busy, when honestly, I spiraled into the abyss of life. My biggest question through all of this is how on earth did I ever work 40-50hrs a week and raise a family, keep the house clean, laundry done and pantry stocked? Kudos to all you working mommy's....your work is never done and way to under appreciated!

My focus has been on the photography business. It's really all I ever wanted to do anyway! I do miss the companionship of co-workers, catered lunches and scheduled vacation days, but being your own boss while doing something you truly love is priceless! Thanks to my wonderful husband and his generous employer, I have the opportunity to do this.....be artistic and capture the world's memories one frame at a time.

That being said, there is a ton of catching up to do. I have been one little busy little bee...but, tonight is not the time to do it....I promise daily blogging til were all caught up. For now, here is a sneak peak at what I have been up to behind the lens!

Celebrating other things at Christmas

Chelsea arrived...I can breath! Now to keep it a secret just a few more hours til Rissa arrives. I got this! In the meantime, we've got plans. My oldest, dearest friend Kelly's parents are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary tonight, and I get to capture their memories. What an accomplishment...my generation may find this event something of an unusual occurrence. Most of us are on our second marriages,if not more, so celebrating 50 years may be odd.
Congratulations Mr & Mrs Ed and Diana Garnett! You are truly an inspiration to us all!

Take a look at what happens because two people fell in love and held true to their vows, keeping the covenant of God's blessings every single day!

All their friends and family (extended included) shared in the joy and celebrated their wonderful accomplishment!

Thank you Garnett's for letting me capture this moment of your lives! Look at what you've done...good job guys!
