Once Upon A Time...
We finally did it! I cleaned all the dresses, hung them to dry and got her ready. In 5 whole minutes we were done!
Here's how I imagine it:
Once upon a time, there was a Grand Princess. She was busy, energetic, smart, kind, strong and had a heart of pure spun gold.
They called her Haleigh, or Hay for short. She was a quick learner and everyday she surprised her fairy grandmother with big complex words and, her imagination was surprisingly colorful.
Haleigh loved books, coloring, painting and anything that involved being creative.
She had an animal sidekick, Emma. They were inseparable. They've been best friends since the day they met. Like Sophia and Clover, they have their own language....they protect each other, play together and get into mischief together.

A weekend off, pfft!
This is what It starts like-
Then we head to Home Depot! And gather all this-
So tomorrow morning, on Mother's Day can you guess what we're doing?
I jokingly said, "It's my office redecorate!" Truthfully, it is! While I was hanging with the Grand Princess and her 1/2 sisters, celebrating their birthday's
My wonderful, kind, generous, handy husband power washed it all. He replaced the necessary boards and bright, early in the morning w start painting!
Happy Birthday Princess!!
We all felt bad...she cried because we were singing Happy Birthday to her. She had taken a nap earlier that afternoon, her Trenton & Bailey were there. Cake, sherbet, presents followed pizza for dinner. Simply, she was overwhelmed. Love her little heart, she felt the love, compassion and was surrounded by family and it touched her.
Poppaw had to blow out her candles. That's ok...I know his wish for her! It's a good one!
Her presents were perfect!

But the greatest one "for her?!" Well, her smile says it all!
Our summers gonna be full of charging car batteries,
Check ups....and
Check ups....and Being 3 is tricky. Your not a baby, your not a big girl, your still mastering menial tasks, learning and growing every day. No problem, this Princess has me in her corner. We will paint, run and blow bubbles, color in family room forts, write, still take nap everyday (short & long ones, it's up to her). It's all about having fun and making lots of memories along the way!!
